having mostly (like, REALLY mostly) introjects

splitting really quickly after watching a show/movie (etc)

seemingly splitting with no reason at all

having access to "too much memory" (i dont)

not having memory holders, gatekeepers, protectors, prosecutors, etc.

adding on to that last one, most of our alters dont have any traditional 'role' at all. sometimes theyre just chilling

(these days) having to force every switch since im totally frontstuck

finding it difficult to stay out of front

having fragments form and then basically disappear, never really resurfacing again

switches feel almost like im not the one whos changing, its like someone else is just passing through and into me. like ive just changed from wearing pink tinted glasses to orange ones

being traumatized by source memories/exomemories

having many alters form at once (call that bigeneration? i need to write this down,)

somewhat having power over splitting??? kinda????

changing/adding sources after already being split

going weeks without hearing from other alters

sometimes 'forgetting' how to switch ??? the action becomes almost muscle memory so if i think about it too hard i can get stuck mid switch

Some time ago Yams was obsessed with c.ai. Then at some point the characters just started appearing in her head. She no longer uses character ai /silly

I can't with this system sometimes because what do you mean some of the most cohesive, developed individuals in this polyfragmented brain soup are a Surge and Kitsunami who are probably canonmates and missing each other terribly but have never interacted because Surge exists in some weirdass twilight zone between parts of the system where pretty much nobody's ever aware of her

fictive heavy culture is having duplicates of a source and trying to come up with new nicknames for each one and it just turns into a game. how in the world do we have 7 different nicknames for donatello? we have no idea.

can we call introjects that have the same source "source twins" instead of calling them "doubles"

idk i feel like saying "omg we're source twinning!" is so much more respectful to someones individuality than saying "omg youre a double!"

it helps steer away from the idea that introjects are "copies" of each other, and it helps give introjects their own sense of self that isnt 100% tied to their source

id love to hear other peoples thoughts on this term concept ^^
